​Returns Policy

​Please ensure you make your selections carefully as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Rest assured, if any of our products are faulty, we are committed to fulfilling our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a suitable remedy.

In the rare event that an item is faulty, it will be covered under our Warranty Policy, detailed below. We strictly do not sell used items and cannot accept any returns indicating prior use. In such instances, the item will be promptly returned to the purchaser.

 

Please be aware:

  • All returns are subject to inspection by our team.

  • Returned products must be in pristine condition, including all original packaging and accessories, and must not have been used in any capacity. If an item has been opened, it will be considered used and ineligible for return.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For internet banking payments, we may require your bank account details to process the refund.

  • Refunds will not be granted if the request is made more than 7 days from the purchase date.

  • The 7-day return period for online orders begins on the shipment date and encompasses only working days. Should your item experience any delays during delivery, we will take this into account when processing your return request.

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, body, and face care products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
